- Purpose of Personal Data Processing: The purposes of personal data processing are aimed at carrying out the specific economic activity, including both contractual relations with providers or beneficiaries of the Company as well as contractual relationships related to the recruitment of personnel and the provision of work, as well as the legal obligations related to them.
The Company may act as a Controller as well as as a Proxy of another company and may transmit personal data to other third parties only for the purpose of achieving the purpose of the concluded contracts or, as the case may be, of the relevant legal obligations.
- The categories of personal data processed may be, as the case may be, the following: Name and surname, CNP, ID number and number, driver’s license, address, contract series and number, or meter, bank account, image, voice, handwritten signatures, copy of identity document, telephone number, email address, correspondence address, family ties, age, gender, state of health, criminal convictions, or, as the case may be, level of income or studies, specializations and certifications, cookies, IP addresses and other types of personal data retained by documents issued by public authorities in the country or abroad, including courts of law and research bodies, or by statements of individuals or legal entities.
- The categories of recipients of your personal data may be, as the case may be, the following: companies acting as Controllers in relation to the Company, companies specialized in debt recovery, lawyers, the Directorate for Records of Persons and Database Administration, translators, banking units, courts, judicial technical experts and bailiffs, operators and providers of accounting, audit and IT services in the country or abroad even outside the European Economic Area, insurers and reinsurers in the country or abroad established as the case may be in or outside the European Economic Area and their agents, postal and courier service operators, natural or legal persons who justify a legitimate interest in obtaining such information.
For situations where the Company exports personal data to international organizations or to countries outside the European Economic Area, upon request it will be able to provide evidence of the appropriate safeguards in place.
- Personal data will be kept until the purpose is achieved and for as long as the Company justifies a legitimate interest in their retention. Without limitation, the rule generally applied concerns the minimum storage periods provided by the legislation in force in the case of certain categories of documents or those regarding the extinctive prescription. Personal data may be kept in order to preserve the exercise of a right by judicial means or to provide the necessary evidence for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
- The Company’s legitimate interests are aimed at the most efficient selection and recruitment of personnel, the prevention of fraud, the preservation of some rights of defense by providing evidence of the execution of obligations, or, as the case may be, the streamlining of internal processes and increasing the speed of solving petitions or fulfilling legal obligations;
- Without affecting the legal obligations of the Company or those that the Company represents, you can request, access to personal data, rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, having the right to oppose processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- Right of access to personal data – It allows you to obtain from us a confirmation as to whether or not we process personal data concerning you and what such data is processed. Where personal data concerning you is not collected from you, any available information about its source, in cases where we do not have a legal prohibition on disclosure of the source.
- Right to rectification – It implies the right to request the rectification or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you or the completion thereof, where they are incomplete.
- Right to erasure or “right to be forgotten” – Implies the right to request the erasure of personal data concerning you, in certain circumstances, such as (i) the personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) your data has been unlawfully processed, (iii) the data processing has taken place on the basis of your consent, and it has been withdrawn.
- Right to withdraw your consent – Consent may be withdrawn at any time when the processing of personal data concerning you has been carried out on the basis of your consent.
- Right to restriction of processing – It implies the right to request and obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning you, in certain circumstances, such as (i) you contest the accuracy of the data, for the period that would allow us to verify the accuracy of those data, (ii) your data has been unlawfully processed, and you oppose its erasure, requesting the restriction of its use.
- Right to data portability – It implies the right to receive personal data concerning you and that you have provided to us, with the right to transmit it to another controller, if (i) the data processing has been carried out, based on your consent or the contract concluded with us, and the processing of personal data has been carried out by automated means. This right can be exercised, only to the extent that the processing of the data provided has been carried out exclusively by automated means and only where the extraction of such data is feasible from the point of view of the technical capabilities used by the Company.
- Right to object – It assumes that, at any time, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data in certain circumstances, such as (i) the processing was carried out in our legitimate interest or (ii) the processing is for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling on the basis of those provisions.
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on the automatic processing of your data, including the creation of profiles that produce legal effects or that significantly affect you implies that you have the right to request human intervention from the Controller, to express your point of view and to challenge the decision.
- The right to lodge a complaint with us and/or the competent data protection authority.
- The right to go to court.
In the event that your personal data is processed by the Company based on your consent expressed directly or in relation to other entities, you have the right to withdraw such consent directly in relation to us;
- Your data has been obtained as a result of a direct interaction with the Company, including through your representatives, employers or other natural or legal persons with whom you are in a contractual relationship or from public authorities, courts, documents issued by public authorities and courts of law in the country or abroad, statements or other documents communicated by natural or legal persons or by accessing our information systems, or by consulting certain databases and the like.
- Data processing is not carried out through an automated decision-making system including profiling;

GDPR INFORMATION DATA PROCESSING CURRICULUM VITAE
We inform you that our company, as controller, intends to process your personal data, within the personal recruitment process. The processing will be carried out on the basis of your freely expressed consent, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of EU Regulation no. 679/2016. For the above-mentioned purpose, our company may use your data, contained in the CV submitted, in order to analyze the eligibility criteria and select the application. In this regard, depending on the result, you may be contacted in order to organize an interview, which may consist of one or more stages.
For the purposes of the above, we inform you that you have no legal obligation to provide our company with the data included in your CV, the communication of all this information being based exclusively on your voluntary consent. In the event that you do not wish to provide this personal data, we inform you that there is no negative legal consequence for you, but our company will not be able to include your application in the recruitment process.
The personal data thus collected by our company may be stored both on material/physical and electronic support and will not be communicated to any third-party recipient, except in the event of requests/obligations from the competent state institutions, made under the law.
In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the candidate, in his capacity as data subject, has the right to withdraw his consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal and to request our company, in its capacity as controller, to access, rectify or restrict the processing of personal data, also having the right to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability.
In principle, our company will store the personal data thus obtained until the date of completion of the recruitment process. If your application will not be selected in order to conclude a CIM (individual employment contract), after the completion of the recruitment process, our company will be able to keep your CV in the database for future recruitment and employment opportunities, for a period of no more than 3 (three) years, with the possibility of annual updates of the data entered in the CV. If you do not wish to keep your CV in our database, after completing the recruitment process, please send us a simple request in this regard, according to the coordinates below.
In case of non-compliance by our company with its obligations regarding the processing of data, you have the right to address both the courts of law and the ANSPDCP.
