With over 17 years of experience in the field of electricity and natural gas meter reading, Adrem Link offers complete services for the collection, validation and administration of measurement data for distribution operators.
Currently, the company provides reading services for approximately 5 million consumption sites, managing activities for over 1.4 million electricity customers in the Oltenia region, over 1.4 million electricity customers in the Moldova region, of which approximately 540,000 are also natural gas consumers, as well as for approximately 1.5 million natural gas customers in the Transylvania and Banat regions.
The activity is carried out by an extensive network of trained readers, who serve both household consumers and industrial customers, in urban and rural areas, on a daily basis. Each operation is carried out in accordance with the procedures of the distributors, with a focus on data accuracy and transparency of the process.
The service is based on a bidirectional flow of data, which ensures continuous communication between distribution operators and end consumers.
By using digital tools and dedicated FSM mobile applications, we ensure a fast, transparent and fully traceable process for grid operators (Distribuție Oltenia and Delgaz Grid).
