For over 17 years, ADREM has been providing DELGAZ GRID SA with integrated services for the collection, operation and validation of measurement data for natural gas and electricity meters, supporting one of the largest consumption data management operations in Romania. Through this long-term partnership, the company contributes to the efficient functioning of the invoicing, regularization and consumption recording processes for end customers.

The services are dedicated to both the Mass Market and Business Market segments, covering the entire fleet of meters under the administration of Delgaz Grid. The activity is carried out in 6 counties in the Moldova region and 13 counties in northern and central Transylvania – Alba, Arad, Bistrita-Nasaud, Caraș-Severin, Cluj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Maramureș, Mureș, Sibiu, Sălaj, Satu Mare and Timiș – and serves over 3 million consumers in both regions.

Within the project, ADREM’s teams ensure the periodic collection of consumption data necessary for the regularization and billing process. For consumers in the residential segment (Mass Market), the meter readings are performed quarterly, while for customers in the Business Market segment the process is carried out monthly, according to the operational requirements of the beneficiary.

In recent years, the meter reading activity has been completed by verification and reading services, at the request of the distributor, of the smart electricity meters installed especially in the Moldova region. These activities contribute to the fulfillment of the obligations of periodic verification of the metering equipment and to ensuring the accuracy of the collected data.

Managing such a large volume of data and coordinating activities over a large geographical area requires well-defined processes, specialized resources and a high level of operational rigor. The experience gained in over 17 years of collaboration has allowed the development of an efficient working model, capable of ensuring the accuracy of the information collected and compliance with the established deadlines.

Through this project, ADREM contributes to the optimization of Delgaz Grid’s operational activities and to maintaining an essential service for over 3 million consumers.
