ADREM designed and implemented a complete Building Management System (BMS) solution for the headquarters of Volksbank Romania, located in the Nusco Center building in Bucharest. The project aimed to increase the operational efficiency of the building by centralized monitoring and control of the main installations and energy consumers.
The BMS system has been designed to integrate and coordinate the operation of HVAC installations, lighting systems and low voltage consumers, offering the possibility of individual monitoring and management of each floor of the building. By centralizing information and automating control processes, the solution contributes to optimizing energy consumption and extending the life of managed equipment.
As part of the project, the BMS system controls and monitors lighting installations in office spaces, circulation areas and toilets, low-voltage consumers for general use – including kitchens, multifunctional equipment and auxiliary systems – as well as fan coil coils that provide indoor air conditioning.
An important element of the implemented solution is the intelligent control scenarios, configured to adapt the operation of the systems to the real degree of use of the building. For example, in the case of detecting the presence in a certain area outside the normal operating hours, the system can automatically activate the lighting for a predetermined period, reducing unnecessary consumption and ensuring the comfort of users.
By implementing this Building Management System solution, ADREM contributed to the transformation of Volksbank Romania’s headquarters into a more efficient, smarter and easier to manage building. The project demonstrates the company’s expertise in integrating building automation systems and developing solutions aimed at energy efficiency, comfort and sustainable operation.
