Energy audits for operational efficiency and cost reduction

ADREM has provided complex energy audit services for companies in various economic sectors, including industry, retail and office buildings, helping to identify opportunities to optimize energy consumption and develop effective strategies to reduce operational costs. Among the beneficiaries of these services are United Romanian Breweries Bereprod (URBB), ANCHOR Grup – Anchor Office, Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania, as well as Avicola Focșani.

The main objective of the energy audit projects was the detailed analysis of energy flows and the assessment of how resources are used within each organization. In the first stage, the energy contours were established and the necessary data were collected to assess the energy consumption and performance of existing installations and equipment.

Based on the information collected, ADREM specialists carried out a complete analysis of the existing situation, including the evaluation of historical and current energy consumption, the identification of areas with optimization potential and the determination of the main factors influencing the energy performance of each analyzed objective.

Following the audit, concrete measures were developed to increase energy efficiency, adapted to the specifics of each beneficiary. The recommendations included both technical solutions for reducing consumption and modernizing equipment, as well as proposals on accessing funding sources dedicated to energy efficiency and sustainability projects.

Through these services, ADREM has provided clients with a clear picture of the energy performance of the activities carried out and an action plan for optimizing consumption, reducing costs and increasing operational sustainability. The expertise gained in the field of energy auditing allows the company to support organizations in the transition process towards a more efficient and responsible consumption of energy resources.
